Electrochemistry in Liquid TEM Workshop
Join the workshop to discover the potential of liquid cell TEM imaging with a focus on electrochemical experiments, and nanometre-scale orientation and phase mapping of samples including metals, alloys, nanoparticles, battery materials and minerals.
The workshop will include live demonstrations of electrochemistry in-situ LCTEM (Liquid Cell TEM) and in-situ orientation/phase mapping in liquid cells. This will use the Protochips Poseidon Select in-situ system.
You will learn to extract texture information from orientation and phase maps, together with a solid understanding of liquid cell concepts and applications.
All are welcome to attend – both current users of in-situ liquid TEM and those interested in the technique.
The workshop will run across 3 days:
- Monday 27th May 2019: 1pm – 5:30pm, followed by dinner
- Tuesday 28th May 2019: 8:30am – 6:45pm, followed by dinner
- Wednesday 29th May 2019: 9am – 2pm
A detailed programme including all sessions is available here.
The workshop is €48 + €3.63 registration fee. This includes all sessions, lunches and dinners. Accommodation is not included.
Register for the workshop on Eventbrite:
The workshop venue is HUB Building at the University of Picardie Jules Verne in Amiens, France.
