The European Nanofabrication Research Infrastructure Symposium is a conference about cleanroom operation, management and training, organised by the Nordic Nanolab Network and EuroNanoLab. The event will feature a day and a half of presentations and discussions related to cleanrooms.
NNUM 2017
9-10 May 2017 – NTNU, Trondheim
The Nordic Nanolab User Meeting will consist of two days of presentations, technical workshops and posters, along with a tour of NTNU NanoLab and other laboratory facilities at NTNU. Talks will cover material analysis and characterisation, thin film technologies, etching technologies and lithography.
