Webex Training: Nano-Electrical Characterisation Calibration Parameters and Best Practice
Live Remote Web Session Training:
Understanding Calibration Parameters and Best Practice Procedure for Nano-Electrical Characterisation
Monday 8th February 2016, 9am UK time / 10am CET time
Join Bruker for a live remote webex training session about nano-electrical calibration procedures and best practice, on Monday 8th February 2016 at 10 am (CET time).
AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy) imaging and measurements have witnessed an important technological leap with the introduction of the PeakForce Tapping (PFT) mode coupled with nano-electrical characterisation techniques such as PeakForce TUNA (PF-TUNA) and Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy (KPFM).
The training session will briefly highlight the most important parameters involved in accurate PeakForce TUNA and PeakForce KPFM measurements.
A live demonstration will then be held, to demonstrate best practice procedures and how to acquire repeatable measurements of electrical properties.
The session will be held live via Webex, hosted by Bruker Nano Surfaces from their Coventry labs. All are welcome to attend, so please feel free to pass this information to any colleagues who may be interested.
