O-PTIR (Photothermal IR spectroscopy) is a breakthrough technique that overcomes the limitations of infrared:
- Optical beam focusses 20x smaller than the IR beam, for significantly enhanced spatial resolution.
- Study living systems (solid and liquid samples).
- Fast and highly sensitive.
- Sub-micron spatial resolution.
