Scientific Instrument Service Plans

Basic Care and Enhanced Care are available for any instrument that is currently supported and functionality is qualified by a BlueScientific engineer.
Extended Warranty can only be purchased during warranty and is not applicable to all instruments and configurations

Local Support

Our team is based regionally across the UK and Nordic region, giving you local support. Your instrument will be installed and serviced by experienced, PhD-level engineers, trained by the official manufacturer.
