Full as-new 1-year warranty and training are included.
These instruments are only 8 months old and come with latest release 64 bit software. Delivering 4 Angstrom step height repeatability, these latest generation Dektak stylus profilers accelerate measurement throughput by up to 40%. The system can be configured for a variety of sample sizes and the XT-S can be upgraded at any time to full automation with 3D scanning.
Vibration isolation and calibration standards are not included. Additional options can be added on request.
